a.
Adopt Resolution as per Section 90
 

  • Recommendation

    THAT Council convene an In-Camera Meeting as outlined under Section 90 of the Community Charter to discuss matters in a closed meeting which are subject to Section 90 (1)

    (a) personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality;

    (c) labour relations or other employee relations;

    (g) litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality;

    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT persons, other than members, officers, or other persons to whom Council may deem necessary to conduct City business, will be excluded from the In-Camera Meeting.
